I’m so excited to share this amazing weight loss transformation with all of you! This
client of mine came to me struggling to lose weight at 300 pounds. We tried a flexible diet plan where she counted macros, but we found it challenging to stay consistent, and the client found it hard to understand. So, we then moved to a meal plan. However, after a month, the weight was
plateauing.
After discussing with the client on her eating habits, we found the problem. She was indulging
in her mother’s baking. Dun, dun, dunnn. Keep reading to find out how we did it!
The beginning stages are always the hardest when trying to lose weight. This client was no
different. We started by trying a flexible diet plan where she counted macros. However, we
quickly found it difficult to stay consistent with this plan, and the client struggled to understand
it. So, we switched gears and moved to a meal plan.
My client was determined to stick to her meal plan and see results, but something was holding
her back. Her weight loss had plateaued, and she couldn’t figure out why. It wasn’t until we
delved deeper into her habits that we discovered the culprit: her mother's baking. As her
mother baked tasty treats, she would find it hard to resist indulging in the delicious desserts.
However, once we cut these indulgences and focused on finding nourishing foods she enjoyed,
my client began losing 2-3 pounds weekly. It shows that things like willpower and discipline are
essential, but sometimes the real key to success is simply identifying and removing roadblocks.
After 11 months of hard work and dedication, training 5-6 times per week while staying
consistent with her meal plan, she was able to get her weight down from 300 pounds to 185
pounds! She feels more confident than ever, and her mental health has improved significantly!
Going to the gym is no longer a chore, and she enjoys doing the work daily.
If you’re struggling with your weight or finding it difficult to stick to a diet plan, don’t give up!
Take a step back and look at your eating habits. Are there any unhealthy foods that you indulge
in on a regular basis? If so, it might be time to cut them out of your diet and find healthier
alternatives. Most importantly, find a program you enjoy doing so that it doesn’t feel like a
chore. Before you know it, you’ll be seeing results!
