1. See If Fitmotive Is The Right! Book a discovery call with a team member to see if Fitmotive is the right fit for you.
2. Connect With Your Wellness Professionals. Schedule an initial assessment and meet with your wellness coach and/or registered health professional to discuss your goals before your plans are built.
3. Plan Overview. Your coach will deliver and review your month 1 training & nutrition plan with you.
4. Your Journey Begins. Check-ins each week with your coach, ongoing communication & support, monthly plan revisions, and regular sessions with your registered wellness professional if applicable.
