Cancellation Policy

📅 Booking & Payment Terms Each room/tier is considered a one-time, non-transferable service and is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. A full payment or enrollment in our 3-payment plan is required to secure your spot. All payments must be completed at least 14 days prior to the retreat start date (October 28, 2025). You are responsible for completing your payment plan on time. We will send email reminders, but failure to pay in full may result in cancellation of your booking with no refund. 💳 Payment Plan Details Our 3-payment plan allows you to split your total into three equal payments. The first payment acts as your deposit and confirms your reservation. Subsequent payments are due monthly, with the final payment due no later than October 14, 2025. Payment plan options are available through manual invoicing or third-party checkout links (e.g. Stripe or PayPal). 🔁 Transfers & Substitutions All bookings are non-transferable. Each tier is tied to an individual and specific bed/cabin. Substituting another guest in your place may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but is not guaranteed and requires written approval. Cancellation Policy Because space is extremely limited and reserved specifically for you: Cancellations made 45+ days prior to the retreat start date are eligible for a refund minus a $250 admin fee. Cancellations made within 14–29 days of the retreat start date are transferrable but non-refundable. ✅ Retreat Guarantee & Minimum Enrollment In the rare event that we must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances or minimum enrollment not being met, you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for other travel-related expenses (flights, car rentals, etc.), so we highly recommend booking refundable travel options. 🧾 Receipt & Insurance Receipts will be provided upon request. If eligible, participants may explore coverage through health benefits for applicable components (e.g. workshops run by registered professionals).
