I am a professional social worker with over 25 years experience. I have carried a variety of social worker positions working with children, teens, adults, couples and families.

A little about myself, I have two wonderful children and two dogs whom I enjoy walking daily.  I have struggled with weight issues my whole life and happy to say that I am now a much healthier and happier version of myself by choosing to to take action and work on wellness.
