Hello!  I'm Madison.  I am a Registered Dietitian with a lifelong passion for nutrition and fitness. Growing up playing soccer, I learned early on how fuelling the body impacts energy, performance, and overall well-being. This led me to choosing a career that is grounded in evidence-based, practical nutrition. My professional background includes experience across community health, food service, and clinical nutrition, which has shaped how I work with clients today. I believe nutrition advice is only helpful if it fits into your life - your schedule, your culture, your preferences, and your goals. I believe nutrition shouldn’t feel overwhelming or restrictive but should feel practical, empowering, and adaptable.

 

My approach to nutrition is rooted in balance, moderation, and sustainability. I’m passionate about debunking nutrition myths, moving away from all-or-nothing thinking, and helping clients develop a healthy relationship with food, without guilt or restriction. Whether your goal is to improve performance, feel stronger, increase energy, or simply feel more confident in your food choices, I’m here to support you with guidance that’s individualized and empowering.
