Hello my name is Carina Sager and I am a registered social worker, and therapist. I have been working with families and individuals in the social work field since 2008. I have worked with families and individuals struggling with relationship issues, violence, addictions, trauma, and mental health. I have always been drawn to helping others along their healing journeys and being a non-judgmental. My approach is always client centered to make sure it fits the personality of each and every person.

 

When I am not helping others, I am spending time with family and friends, farming, working out, hiking, and travelling.
