In my early 20s, I moved to a small mountain town where I got caught up in the party scene and picked up some habits that didn’t align with the life I actually wanted. I’ve always loved hiking and being in the mountains, but over time it became harder to enjoy those things while living that lifestyle.
​
At a certain point, I knew I needed to make a change.​ I started going to the gym, and what began as a reset quickly turned into something I became really passionate about. I got into strength training, learned how to properly fuel my body, and started building habits that actually made me feel strong, energized, and in control.
Now, as a certified personal trainer, I help others do the same.

My approach is built around consistency and sustainability — no extremes, no quick fixes. I work with you to build strength, confidence, and habits that fit into your life and actually stick long-term.
